Refund Policy

1. Returns

Our return window lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-returnable items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

3. Refunds (if applicable)
