Return Policy

At BigSaleDealX, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)

If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of delivery at support@bigsaledealx.com with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged or defective item
A brief description of the issue

We’ll be happy to send a replacement or offer a refund if appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank or credit card account again.
Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@bigsaledealx.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We are not responsible for return items lost in transit.
